剧情简介

家住在山城重庆的马尚来（冯巩 饰）干了一辈子调解员虽然工作中经历过各种险情和挫折但他依然满腔热情乐此不疲眼看到了退休的年龄马尚来非但不想回家享享清福反而要开一个工作室继续为人民服务他的老婆（牛莉 饰）为此大为光火想方设法要阻止丈夫再就业与此同时名叫茅雪旺（涂松岩 饰）的男人抢注了马尚来的名字名义上也干调节工作但为了钱不择手段在与茅雪旺对抗的过程中马尚来偶然结识了弟子（张小斐 饰）的好哥们儿金珍（毛俊杰 饰）金珍对马尚来过分热情这不仅让追求她的茅雪旺醋意大发更令马妻火冒三丈 &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;　　人过中年马尚来的人生似乎变得愈加精彩起来……
